Instrutor Fizi
With over 25 years of experience in Capoeira, Fizi is the lead instructor of Fizicapoeira. His approach combines the traditional wisdom of Capoeira with modern mobility science. Fizi specializes in breaking down complex movements into safe, progressive steps for students of all ages.
Class Details
Price: RM100 per session @ RM800 (10 Sessions)
Duration: 1 hour per session
Level: Scalable for all levels (Beginners and Advance)
Attire: Comfortable sportswear, long pants. (Can Barefoot or martial art shoes). Bring water bottle and face towel.
Location: Equine Park/Seri Kembangan Area (Can discuss with the trainer.)
